Adelaide Plains Council will hold three (3) Community Engagement Forums per year across the region (Dublin, Mallala and Two Wells). Media Release - Housing and Growth Rates - 8 July 2019

Adelaide Plains Council (APC) has experienced steady population growth during the past ten years and is now transitioning to a faster moving growth trend. Exciting times are upon us as our population growth accelerates, thanks to housing developments in Two Wells and Lewiston. A number of estates are under construction and selling well in the area, with residential growth in Mallala set to follow as a result of the recently announced “Gracewood” sub-division.

General Rate rebate for Residential and Primary Production Properties with Significant Valuation Increase in 2019/2020 Financial Year

Media Release - Community Wastewater Management Scheme - June 2019

Adelaide Plains Council (APC) is pleased to advise of the installation of a new replacement treatment plant for the Mallala Community Wastewater Management Scheme (CWMS), without any further expense to ratepayers. Those properties that initially had issues connecting to the scheme have been fitted with a pump chamber and owners refunded the service fee for the period that they could not connect.
