Online Payment Notes
To make an online Rates payment using your credit card you will require your Customer Reference Number and Valuation Number. This information can be found on your Quarterly Rates Notice.
The system will automatically enter the amount currently due but, if you wish to, this is simply modified by typing over the amount showing. Dollar figures can be entered as 99.00 or 99
As confirmation of the success of your payment, the system will produce an online receipt which you are advised to print and retain for your records.
Transactions submitted from this site will normally be processed on the next business day.

- In person at the Council Office, 2a Wasleys Road, Mallala or Two Wells Service Centre, 69 Old Port Wakefield Road, Two Wells between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- BPAY customers quote Biller Code 9662 and your Assessment Number - PLEASE NOTE: AVAILABLE FOR RATES PAYMENTS ONLY
- Cheques or Money Orders made payable to "Adelaide Plains Council" and crossed "Not Negotiable" can be mailed together with your tear-off payment slip to Adelaide Plains Council, PO Box 18, Mallala SA 5502.
- PAY BY PHONE: by Visa or Mastercard on 8527 0200 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. You will need your Assessment Number, Animal Number or Debtor Number.
