Council engages Profile.id to create a demographic profile of our District.

This profile assists Council, the general public, students, community groups, businesses and potential investors to become more informed about the dynamics of our community.

Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) Census data from 1991 to 2021 is available.

This social –demographic data is presented in a variety of easy to use tables and charts. Information includes details of how many people live in the District, the characteristics of our population (e.g. birthplace, language), residents’ employment status (and what they do for a living) and lifestyle (e.g. dwelling type, household size, number of cars owned etc.)
