We are preparing our new Strategic Plan for 2025–2028. Our strategic plan outlines where the Adelaide Plains is going and the key strategies to get there for the next 4 years. It is an important document used to plan and budget projects and services for our growing and changing community.

We want to hear what you believe is important for your council to focus on over the next 4 years. Join our workshop to discuss how we can ensure an enviable lifestyle, emerging economy and remarkable landscape in our region. This workshop will provide valuable input to help us prepare a draft Strategic Plan 2025–2028.

Anyone who is interested in helping identify Council's priorities for the next 4 years — whether you are a resident, ratepayer, business, community group, or government organisation.

Strategic Plan 2025–2028 Discussion Paper

To provide important background to our strategic planning, a Discussion Paper is available that summarises economic, social and environmental trends likely to impact the next 4 years. It also reviews the goals we set out in our 2020–2024 plan.
