Access information
We are required to maintain a variety of documents (under section 132 of the Local Government Act 1999) that assist with and document Council business, and make these documents available to our community. These obligations do not limit or affect the operation of the Freedom of Information Act 1991 to Council documents.
You can also view these documents in person at our Mallala or Two Wells office.
Our customer service
Adelaide Plains Council is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with our residents, ratepayers, and visitors.
Our Customer Service Team operates from both the Principal Office in Mallala and the Service Centre in Two Wells, ensuring they are well informed about regional matters.
We address a wide range of queries and requests daily, including missing animals, personal information updates, and information on local services and history. Most queries are promptly resolved by our Customer Service Officers, with more complex issues escalated to the appropriate department for expert assistance.
Quality customer service is a commitment of all Council staff, and we welcome feedback from our community.
When you provide us with feedback, you can expect us to acknowledge receipt of feedback within 2 business days, in the same format as the feedback was received, excluding anonymous feedback.
