Supplying to Council
We regularly engage and work with contractors to provide services, works, goods and materials across the Council. Procuring of these goods and services is inline with our Procurement Policy.
Open tenders can be accessed via the SA Tenders and Contracts website. The site provides access to all publicly available bidding opportunities within the South Australian Government. You can also view the details of all South Australian Government-awarded contracts for goods, services and works.
We regularly utilise VendorPanel to invite preferred contractors to quote on upcoming projects via panel arrangements with Local Government Association Procurement (LGAP). Council encourages suppliers to investigate opportunities to become a preferred supplier with LGAP.

Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE: These terms and conditions do not apply if a contract/agreement has been executed with Council in respect to the services being provided in which case you will continue to be bound by those terms and conditions.
