Invitation to bid: Large boardroom table

As a result, Council is now inviting the public to place a bid on the Mallala Chamber Boardroom table.

Bids are to be forwarded via email to info@apc.sa.gov.au by 9am Friday 22 August 2025. The successful group will be notified in writing by Friday 29 August 2025.

Conditions of purchase

• Neither the highest nor any bid will necessarily be successful, if the reserve price has not been met.
• There will be no warranty given by Council in respect of the suitability and condition of the table and that Council will not be responsible for the table in any respect following the sale as per Council’s Disposal of Land and Other Assets Policy.
• Payment will be required before the table is collected.
• The successful person will be responsible for collecting the table within one calendar month of being notified of successful bid.
• The table will be dismantled ready for collection.
• The table is to be collected during Council’s business hours from the Mallala Depot.

By placing a bid, you agree to the above conditions.
