Agendas & minutes

Agendas are a list of topics (referred to as items) that will be discussed at a meeting. We usually publish them together with the reports that contain background information on each topic for committee members (excluding confidential items). Agendas for Historical Committee meetings are published 3 days before the meeting. Agendas for special Historical Committee meetings are published as soon as possible after notice of the meeting.

Minutes are a record of a meeting. We publish draft minutes within 5 days after a meeting. The minutes are adopted at the next Historical Committee meeting and are published in replacement of the draft minutes.
