New front counter hours for Mallala and Two Wells offices

The offices will now open during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays) on different days, as follows:

The Mallala Office will be open on:

• Tuesdays
• Thursdays

The Two Wells Office will be open on:

• Mondays
• Wednesdays
• Fridays

Council can still be contacted by phone or email during normal business hours. All other services, including libraries, continue to operate as usual.

In response to temporary closures earlier in the year due to resourcing shortages, Council considered three options for its office front counter services and asked the community for feedback during April and March 2025. A total of 63 submissions were received. At the 28 April 2025 Council meeting, Council Members decided  to implement a ‘hybrid’ schedule for front counter services.
