Mallala Office:
- Tuesdays
- Thursdays
- 9am to 5pm (closed public holidays)
Two Wells Office:
- Mondays
- Wednesdays
- Fridays
- 9am to 5pm (closed public holidays)
Our phones, and all other services, will continue as normal.
Why our hours are changing
Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily close our front counters several times over the last few months due to resourcing shortages. We know that it is frustrating to arrive to a closed front counter when it would ordinarily be open, and that makes it difficult to plan ahead.
Council considered 3 different options for our office front counter services and asked our community for their feedback during April and March 2025. Council resolved to implement a hybrid schedule for front counter services at the 28 April 2025 ordinary council meeting.
