Vote on the new name for the building at 65 Old Port Wakefield Road, Two Wells!

Council is calling for the community to vote on their preferred name for a building at 65 Old Port Wakefield Road, Two Wells.

Following a call for name suggestions in early October, Council has decided on a shortlist of 10 possible names:

The Beacon
The Blue Door
The Bunker
Enjoy, Future, Service E.F.S building (EFS)
The Fire House
The Red Door
Spreads Like Wildfire
The Station House
Station 65
The Village Hall

Each name suggested included an explanation by community members as to the meaning behind the name. The descriptions behind each name are available to read on our consultation website, linked below.

Council wishes to thank the 40 community members who submitted name suggestions. Each suggestion was put forward with heartfelt thought and community spirit.
